I'm Dan Anton. I run Zelos Partners.

Before this I spent 4 years at CIM Group in commercial real-estate development — $200M+ projects, including a $30M office-to-residential conversion I ran end-to-end. That work is unforgiving about numbers: every decision has a cost, a timeline, and a receipt.

I now apply the same discipline to a creator brand. I build and run mine on an AI operating system I built myself — it studies what actually works, drafts against verified structures, and publishes the guides you see here. The dark blocks on these pages are the receipts: the actual skeletons and numbers the system pulled, not vibes.
